    My mom’s a hardworking, diligent, funny, sacrificing,strong woman. She sacrifices so much, maybe too much for her family.My dad also but since it’s mother’s day I’m going to focus on mama bear in this post.  We(her children) take her for granted, and all she asks for is for us to do our best. A promise I hope to fulfill, is to place that beaming smile on your face, that let’s me know I made you proud. That look on her face when she found out I got my RN license will be one moment I will never forget. I just want her to know this is just the beginning, for both my parents, if you’re both proud of me now, then you’ve celebrated too soon. Your patience, your unselfishness mirrors the character of God, and that to me is priceless. I’ll still be the little boy that tries to make you laugh, but I hope to grow into the responsible man you’ve always dreamed of me to be. It’s all you two have ever asked of me, is to work hard, love God and have love for others.  It’s a loaded promise but one I hope to fulfill, besides, without saying a word, you’ve already proved through your lives it is a strong possibility. I hope to grow up to be half the person you both are. I admire you mom, I’m in awe of you dad. Don’t be proud of me yet, I’m just getting started. You just wait and watch, just hold on and see, I’m not done yet. You both deserve it.
